- Irene Orchard Added May 03, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We ordered and paid a deposit for a security screen door 26/6/14 were told 2 weeks delivery.Door delivered 30/7/14 made to the wrong measurements they admitted their fault have now been waiting 8 weeks for delivery of door and we are just getting excuse after excuse. 20/8/14 we have now cancelled this order and we will be going elsewhere.
Update:22/8/14 after cancelling the order they have finally delivered and installed door but still not finished surround to come. Product seems good but they need to improve their very poor customer service.
